Easter sunday EF booklet?

Before I go putting something together, is there already a booklet for people in pews for Easter Sunday? I've seen the one at Maternal Heart.org but it doesn't include the ordinary, plus it has a procession at the beginning (Salve festa dies).

Ideally it would have Mass 1 (lux et origo), readings, Victimae Paschali Laudes, plus translations in English for everything.

And if someone else has done one then I don't have to convince people so much to go for Mass 1 rather than something we have done in the past.

    You could try these: http://forum.musicasacra.com/forum/discussion/10359/would-you-let-me-copy-your-program/p1

The programs offered may not have Missa I but you could take that from here: http://media.musicasacra.com/books/pbc_2nd.pdf

Thanks canadash, though they're not quite what I'm after.

I made these enormous Mass Books just so I wouldn't have to put booklets together anymore. Maybe I should be looking at the hurdles in using the books first. Maybe a leaflet with the relevant page numbers in order. That also would make the program a little more flexible with regard to hymns. Though the propers would be up to the choir, and I think I left Victimae Paschali Laudes out,

but it's a whole lot easier to insert a sequence than it is to put together a whole booklet.
